Hi all,
We're getting close to finishing making all the pens and shipping this project. We'll have all rewards that don't have olivewood pens shipped by the end of this week.
We've run into one, hopefully short, delay with the delivery of our olivewood that I'm working with our supplier to resolve. I expect it to be delivered within the next two weeks so we can complete the final handful of orders.
Olivewood Pens
I believe I was able to complete all of the orders with olivewood pens that requested ASAP or by the end of September shipping using the little bit we had left in the shop prior to this project. But, if you haven't received a shipping notification and your reward included an olivewood pen, please let me know if you really need your order soon. I have a few more pieces left that I can use to accommodate a few more quick deliveries.

Hi all,
I'm running a few days behind in getting the surveys prepared to send. Unfortunately, we lost Chad's mom to a very long battle with Alzheimer's last Tuesday. Those of you who have been part of our journey over the last few years will know that it was a long and arduous road with her health.
We've still been moving production for the Elder pens through our shop, though, so the survey delay won't result in a shipping delay. Stay tuned for the survey emails later this week. We'll be ready to start shipping batches as early as next week.
